Shipping costs
- Coffee and tea: Free shipping on every US order. No minimum.
- Merch: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and where it's going.
Processing time
- Coffee and tea: Roasted and packed after you order. Ships within 1 to 3 business days.
- Merch: Made on demand. Usually ships within 2 to 7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including US holidays.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, most US packages arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Carrier delays can happen, especially around the holidays.
Ordering coffee and merch together
Our coffee and our merch are made in different places. If you order both, they'll arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as each package ships.
International orders
We focus on the United States. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship there. International shipping rates are shown at checkout, delivery takes longer, and you're responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country charges.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, your building's mail area and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. We'll open a claim with the carrier and help however we can.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Email us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped.
