Refund policy

We want every order to show up right. If something is wrong, email us and we'll fix it.

Coffee and tea

Every bag is roasted and packed after you order it, and food can't be resold once it leaves us. So we can't accept returns or exchanges on coffee or tea if you change your mind or don't love a flavor.

We will send a replacement or give you a refund if:

Your order arrived damaged, or a bag arrived open
You received the wrong item, size or grind
Your package was lost in transit (see our Shipping Policy)

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send anything back.

Merch

Tees, hoodies, hats and mugs are made on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please check sizing before you order.

If your item has a printing error or defect, was damaged in shipping, or is the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund.

Subscriptions

You can skip or cancel a subscription anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Deliveries that were already charged and shipped are covered by this policy. See our Subscription Policy for details.

Cancelling an order

Coffee goes into production quickly, so email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order hasn't been roasted, printed or shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's in production, we can't cancel it.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it after you cover the cost of the new shipping.
