How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Every bag is roasted after you order it, then shipped within 1 to 3 business days. It never sits on a shelf first.
Where is your coffee roasted?
By our partner roaster in California. The beans come from farms and co-ops in 14 countries, like Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Peru and Bali.
Which grind should I choose?
Standard for a regular coffee maker, Coarse for French press or cold brew, Espresso for an espresso machine, or Whole Bean if you grind at home.
How long does shipping take?
Coffee ships within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrives 2 to 5 business days after that. Shipping on coffee and tea is free anywhere in the US.
